Exchange & Return Policy

Customers may request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all original accessories and packaging intact.
A purchase invoice or order number must be provided when submitting the request.
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse.
Products that have been opened and cannot be returned for health or personal reasons (such as perfumes and cosmetics once opened).
Discounted items or products purchased during special promotions (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
Contact Customer Service via email or WhatsApp within the specified period.
Provide the order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
Upon approval, the customer will be provided with shipping instructions to return the product.
If the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, the store will bear all shipping costs.
If the return or exchange is requested for reasons other than a defect, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected, within 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer based on the bank details provided by the customer.
The store reserves the right to reject any exchange or return request that does not meet the stated conditions.
